Chris,
I met you at M&T w/ my wife a while back. I think you are friends w/ Winnie, she is also, etc... I ended up with your card and like the music. I also play drums and my guy moved to Chicago about a year ago. Go to www.derekclegg.com to listen to his music.
Anyway, shoot me an email and we can talk about possibly playing.
Thanks,
Mike

Hey Chris,

Greetings from far away Hong Kong! I bet you would have not imagined in your wildest dreams to hear from this far, especially as a first comment!!
But man, this is one fantastic song. I had the fortune of hearing this track on Pandora a week ago, and have been looking for it all over youtube, but in vain. Then I hit upon your website :).

You've basically made one helluva song out of just two chords! Unbelievable!! I'm a music-hobbyist, and strum-sing quite a bit myself. I figured that this song is basically just E and A. Putting a capo on the 4th fret and playing open C (which becomes E) and a barred F (which becomes A) on an acoustic makes it sound almost like on the track, though there are some power chords on a second guitar, and the slide adorning it to a maximum. Also a keyboard. Was wondering if you can point out if there are any subtle variations like a 7th or 6th. I dunno if putting tabs here would hurt your business, but if not it will be great!

But anywhichways, you are doing a good job, man. Inspiring people, touching lives! Hope to serenade my own 'Firecracker' with this fantastic melody someday!!

Respect!
